The head of the Association of Chernobyl Tour Operators, Yaroslav Emelianenko, believes that some of the fortifications that the Russian army installed should be preserved.

According to him, this is necessary in order to make exhibits out of them in the future for visitors.

Yaroslav Emelianenko said that in the Chernobyl zone it would be necessary to partially carry out the same liquidation process that was in 1986.

He noted that for this they would wash the roads with special solutions and will partially bury the fortifications that the Russian troops made in the “Red Forest”.

“However, I will insist that some of these fortifications structures were left just for history, so that after the end of the war all visitors to the Chernobyl zone would be shown the stupidity of Russia and what they were doing on this territory,” Emelianenko explained.
