There are 32 Troop brigades in Ukraine/General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Currently, the territorial defense forces are directly involved in the war against the invaders. These military men have already proved their combat capability to defend the country from the enemy.

Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov noted that currently 32 troop brigades are operating in Ukraine, most of them have already taken part in the war.

Now the Troop Forces are 32 brigades, 25 of which in full strength or part of the units took a direct part in the hostilities, Reznikov noted.

TrO Forces took the fight in the first hours

The units of the Troop Troop Forces of Kyiv, Chernihiv and Sumy regions took the fight in the very first hours of the Russian invasion and played an important role during the defense and liberation of these regions.

The 109th troop battalion, together with marines, guardsmen, border guards, policemen, SBU fighters and intelligence, has been participating in the heroic defense of Mariupol for more than 80 days.

The troop units in Kharkovskaya the regions are actively involved in the counteroffensive and reached the state border with Russia, inflicting tangible blows to the regular units of the once “second army of the world”.

Troop forces also protect the country on the front line in Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Kherson, Mykolaiv regions.
