The UAV took off in the center located in Chorlu, Tekirdag province. The target was hit near Sinop in the Black Sea region.

The distance between the drone and the target at the time of launch was 140 km. After that, the AKINCI UAV successfully landed.

According to the technical director of Baykar Makin Selçuk Bayraktar, this was the first test in Turkey of hitting a supersonic guided missile.
