Two giant monitor lizards staged a showdown and got on video

In Malaysia, two giant monitor lizards have arranged a showdown in a parking lot in front of a research center in Malaysia. The video with the reptiles was posted on Twitter.

The two lizards grappled and tried to knock each other to the ground. Users have already watched the video over six hundred thousand times. Many decided that the monitor lizards hug, but in fact they are fighting for the female.

Users started joking in the comments:

“This is me and my friends when the quarantine is over”;

“Even monitor lizards miss their friends”;

Godzilla vs. Godzilla.
