UEFA named the best Russian club in the history of the Champions League

The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has named the best clubs in the history of the Champions League tournament. The list is available on the organization's website.

The ranking is based on statistics collected from 1955 (since the foundation of the tournament) to 2020. The best among Russian clubs was Moscow “Spartak”. The capital club ranks 34th. Red and white have taken part in the Champions League 20 times.
