More than 200 war crimes committed by Russian invaders against the civilian population were recorded in the Sumy region. However, it is still impossible to count all the victims in the Sumy region.

This was told by the chairman of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Dmitry Zhyvitsky on the air of the telethon, channel 24 reports.

According to Zhyvitsky, the total number of victims of terror by the occupying forces has not yet been calculated, because a large number of people were buried right in the gardens and in courtyards.

Law enforcement officers have already opened more than 200 cases of violation of the rules and customs of war. Zhivitsky assured that all crimes would be recorded and transferred to international organizations for an international trial of the Russian occupiers.

According to him, the Konotop region remains a relatively dangerous territory for now.
