Unusual activity recorded on the Sun
Astronomers recorded unusual solar phenomena on the morning of April 22, writes Vesti.
Despite the fact that the Sun is recorded with low activity, three bright flares occurred on the star at once. Such phenomena are rare.
Experts warn that powerful magnetic storms may occur two to three days after such outbreaks. They can cause health problems in weather-dependent people. Doctors advise to monitor blood pressure during such periods and keep the necessary medications on hand.
Scientists also advise during such periods to spend more time outdoors, not to drink alcohol, eat right, and limit salt intake.
Earlier, a neurologist advised meteosensitive people to pay attention to vascular health.
