The head of the Polish Ministry of Defense, Mariusz Blaszczak, said that Russia is trying to restore the “evil empire”, but these attempts are failing.

According to the head of the Polish defense department, the Kremlin is not can achieve its goal thanks to the efforts of the United States and Poland.

The Polish minister said this during a meeting with the commander of the US Army in Europe and Africa, Darryl Williams, writes RMF24.

“The United States led to the disappearance of the “evil empire” in the late 1980s. Thanks to President Reagan (Ronald Reagan, 40th President of the United States – ed. ), and with the great participation of the Polish Pope, St. John Paul II, ” the evil empire has ceased to exist.
