What will Ukraine do after the return of Crimea: Zelensky called the main steps

No one has any doubts that Crimea will sooner or later become part of Ukraine again. At the same time, a representative of the Office of the President told how Kyiv would act after the liberation of the peninsula.

The other day, 9 years ago, Putin's troops illegally broke into the territory of Crimea, held the so-called “referendum” and annexed this territory to Russia. At the same time, according to the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, Mikhail Podolyak, it is clear that the peninsula will fully return to our state. He said this on the air of the national telethon on Sunday, March 19, – Channel 24 informs .

“It will be necessary to get rid of certain people”

As Podolyak noted, in particular, a working group was created in the Office of the President on Crimean issues. In addition, Presidential Commissioner Tamila Tasheva and the entire Ministry of Reintegration of the Occupied Territories are working on the concept of the development of the peninsula after its liberation.

Of course, there are proposals on how the vertical of power should be arranged, what we will do with collaborators. Do not forget that in 8 years Russia has pulled a lot of its people there … If they do not have time to leave, they need to be sent to the distant land of Siberia, – said the speaker of the head of the OP.

He stated that the Russians who arrived on the peninsula after 2014 would need to be disposed of, as well as “rewind all the legal decisions that the occupiers made.”

Everything that Russia did there: created real estate registries, appropriated businesses, created some separate authorities … This will have to be rewound. This is already a large amount of work,” Podolyak stressed.

In addition, according to him, Crimean Tatars and representatives of the Mejlis will be involved in this, in particular. Actually, they are already working on the concept of how Crimea will look like after the de-occupation.

“Putin is not moderating this war”

  • During this inclusion, Podolyak noted that the Russian president is no longer the one who moderates this war. According to him, the whole initiative is now in Ukraine and Western partners helping the Armed Forces with weapons.
  • Podolyak also recalled that recently the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued an arrest warrant for the leader of an enemy state.
  • He emphasized that the list of Russians who, after the victory of Ukraine, will be held accountable, will expand. Nobody can hide.
