Where does Iran get components for kamikaze drones: intelligence response
The Iranian drones that the Russians use contain foreign, especially American components. In fact, they are easy to get on the market.
The representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, Vadim Skibitsky, recalled that the invaders use 2 types of Iranian drones. They do contain foreign components.
Skibitsky noted that these drones are well made, especially the Mohajer-6. They are similar to the Turkish Bayraktar.
Components are easy to purchase
So, drones Mohajer-6 and Shahed are made from elements and components coming from different countries. For example, from the USA and Japan, as well as from many European countries, including Austria and possibly even Italy.
Components can be easily bought on the open market. In addition, drones are easy to assemble. This problem was reported to all the countries involved, asking them not to sell these components anymore. Sanctions also play a role.
Russia can still attack with drones
Analysts at the American Institute for the Study of War have warned that the enemy has enough drones to carry out several massive attacks.
At the same time, there is evidence that the Russians have already used up 88% of the stocks of drones received from Iran. However, Tehran must transfer another 1,000 such drones to Russia. This implies a contract between two countries.
