It is dangerous for the Russian dictator to visit 123 states of the world. Putin's next trip to the “risk zone” is scheduled for August 2023 – for a summit in South Africa.

Order of the Hague Tribunal

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the International Criminal Court's warrant for the arrest of Vladimir Putin would have “no significance” for the Kremlin, including from a legal point of view.

They said that Russia is not a party to the “Rome Charter”, the founding text of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, and therefore has no obligations under it.

Russia has signed but not ratified the Rome Statute. Also, 72 other countries do not recognize the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, including China, India, Cuba, North Korea and Saudi Arabia.
