WHO head vaccinated against coronavirus

World Health Organization (WHO) Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus was vaccinated against the coronavirus. He wrote about this on his Twitter.

“Today it was my turn to get vaccinated against COVID-19 at the University Hospital of Geneva,” the message says.

The director noted that vaccines against the infection should be delivered to all countries of the world as soon as possible.

Earlier, UN Secretary General António Guterres allowed the emergence of vaccine-resistant COVID-19 mutations. According to him, this is possible with the active spread of the disease in poor countries, where there is a “significant gap” in the issue of vaccination.
