If we agree that it is possible to annex foreign territories by force, then tomorrow any autocrat in any region of the world will want to use Putin's recipe.

That is why the complete victory over the Russian Federation as over a criminal terrorist organization that only pretends to be a state is so important. That is why the humiliation of the Putin regime is necessary, a humiliation that will become obvious to tens of millions of Russians.

And, by the way, such public humiliation should help Russians get rid of their own regime. And, finally, after a century of building a criminal misanthropic empire, at least try to build a normal state, a state for people, and not to destroy other peoples, not to humiliate other peoples, not to fight the world.

That is, not for everything that the Russian state has been doing throughout its existence – both in the form of the Moscow principality, and in the form of the Moscow kingdom, and in the form of the Russian empire, and in the form of the Soviet Union.
