Martial law and the general mobilization of the population continue in Ukraine. A fake document is circulating on the network, which contains information about the ban on Ukrainian youths aged 15 to 18 from traveling abroad.

Ukrainian border guards denied the fake and noticed that exit restrictions apply only to men from 18 to 60 years old. The department also noted that there are many errors in the so-called order, in particular, Russianisms.

A fake is being actively spread on the network, allegedly the State Border Service has banned young people over the age of 15 from traveling abroad. At the same time, the disinformation document contains many Russianisms and cripples.

Note! During martial law, men from 18 to 60 years of age who do not fall under the category of exceptions are not allowed to leave the country.

Beware, fake! A fake document of the State Border Service on the alleged restriction of travel abroad for Ukrainian youths aged 15 to 18 is being distributed on the Internet. It is worth noting that the fake document itself contains a significant number of errors, in particular Russianisms, the State Border Service noted.

What documents do men need to travel abroad during martial law

Lawyer Dmitry Strichenko said that you need to have men with you in order to testify the right to travel abroad during martial law. For those citizens who travel outside the country in their own car, the list of documents that will be required by the State Border Service will increase.

What documents should be shown (if any):

  • Passport of a citizen of Ukraine for traveling abroad;
  • diplomatic passport;
  • official passport;
  • seafarer's identity card;
  • driver's license;
  • technical passport for a car;
  • green card (car insurance when traveling abroad).
