Putin says that the United States must lift all restrictions on the export of Russian grain “if they want to improve the situation on the food market.” He has even hastily calculated the export potential of his country. He is talking about 30 million tons of grain.

Negotiations on grain: what is known

• On July 13, the first round of negotiations on the export of grain from Ukraine took place in Istanbul. Recall that it was the actions of Russia that blocked the ports in the Black Sea. Negotiations were held between Ukraine, Turkey, the UN and Russia.
