The withdrawal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Lysichansk will not affect the supply of weapons/Collage of Channel 24
Ukrainian defenders were forced to withdraw from Lisichansk to avoid significant losses. Experts believe that these changes on the front line will not affect the decision of the West on the supply of weapons.
Military analyst Denis Popovich told Channel 24 about this. He says that the increase in Western aid is not related to the front line.
According to him, this is more connected with the war crimes of the invaders, in particular in Bucha, Kremenchug, etc., unfortunately, there is no such connection with the fighting at the front.
Denis Popovich stressed that all decisions have already been made , armed assistance is gradually coming to us. This is evidenced by the deliveries of HIMARS and NASAMS.
I do not think that the withdrawal from Lisichansk will somehow affect the supply of Western weapons. This retreat was due to the situation at the front, because the city could be surrounded, – the expert explained.
Popovich says that in order to save the lives of the troops, they decided to make a decision to withdraw forces from Lysichansk.
