Without a beach, discos and evening alcohol: how establishments can work in the Odessa region
How coastal establishments can operate in the Odessa region/Dumskaya
The Odesa OVA explained how coastal establishments can operate in the city and region. There are certain restrictions.
According to the representative of the Odessa Regional Military Administration Sergey Bratchuk, the work of all coastal complexes in the city and the region will change due to martial law. There are certain restrictions to improve the safety of people.
No parties, concerts and other mass events
As of June 9, there is a curfew in Odessa and the region from 23:00 to 5:00. That is why establishments cannot work at night. Completion of work must occur no later than 20:00 – 22:00. Such restrictions are introduced so that tourists and employees of institutions can safely finish work and have time to come home.
During martial law, various festive events were completely banned, discos, concerts, master classes, banquets and other high-profile events where there will be a large number of people. Establishments have the right to provide services in the field of recreation. For example, restaurants, swimming pools, hotels and other establishments that provide related health services can operate.
In Odessa OVA it was allowed to sell all types of alcohol from 9:00 to 18:00. The corresponding order applies to the work of cafes and restaurants. It is forbidden to sell alcohol only to the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, representatives of other military formations and law enforcement agencies.
The heads of the institution are obliged to provide security that will not allow people to enter the beaches, which are now mined.
Sergey Bratchuk emphasized that if you see that someone violates these rules, you can write about it in his chat bot t.me/bratchukadmin_bot or on the Facebook page.
Recall that counter-sabotage is now being fought intensively in the Odessa region. Law enforcement officers, as Sergei Bratchuk notes, almost every day detain people who may be involved in sabotage or anti-Ukrainian activities. They do everything to make the inhabitants of the Odessa region feel safe.
Thus, recently, a resident of the so-called Transnistria, who was engaged in sabotage activities in January of this year, began to be judged in the city.
