President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russian troops shot civilians right in the middle of the road as a woman, a man and two children tried to leave the city and escape to safety.

He said this during a regular appeal to the Ukrainians.

President Zelensky said that there is a lot of diplomatic discussion on the creation of humanitarian corridors and the possibility for people to leave the cities where the Russian military has come.

– I am grateful to every Ukrainian who stays even surrounded to defend our cities. Our freedom. But I also know that there are people who really need to get out. who cannot stay. And we have heard a promise that there will be humanitarian corridors. They are not here. Instead of humanitarian corridors, they are only capable of making bloody ones,” the President of Ukraine said.

Vladimir Zelensky announced the murder of a family by the Russian military who tried to evacuate from the city.

“A family was killed in Irpin today. Man, woman and two children. Right on the road. As in a dash. When they tried to just get out of the city. To be saved. Whole family. How many such families in Ukraine died! We won't forgive. We won't forget. We will punish everyone who committed atrocities in this war. Let's find every bastard. Which shot at our cities. By our people. that bombed our land. Launched rockets. Which gave orders and put pressure on the “start”. There will be no quiet place on this earth for you. Except the grave,” the president said.
