A new military administration appeared in Ukraine, Severodonetsk. The decree on the creation was signed by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to the document dated March 24, three new military administrations will operate on the territory of Ukraine at once. In particular, Severodonetskaya.

This is about:

• Gorsky city military administration of the Severodonetsk district of the Luhansk region;
• Popasnyansky city military administration of the Severodonetsk district of the Lugansk region;
• Severodonetsk city military administration.

It can be seen that the creation of these military administrations has a symbolic meaning, because the settlements are under Russian occupation. But we all understand that this is a temporary phenomenon, and that the enemy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be driven out of their native land, and the Luhansk region and other territories will be liberated from the invaders.

In connection with the formation of military administrations of the settlements specified in part one of this article, the powers of the respective military-civilian administrations of the settlements are terminated from the day the corresponding military administration begins to exercise its powers, the decree says.

The creation of new military administrations was commented on by the former head of the Lugansk OV Serhiy Gaidai. The corresponding message appeared in his telegram at 20:00 on March 24.
