Zelensky formed a working group to create a special tribunal on Russian aggression

Ukraine has created a working group that will create an international tribunal for Russia. It included ministers and employees of the Office of the President.

President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on the creation of a working group. It happened on September 22.

The task of the group is to ensure a proper international investigation to hold Russia accountable for its aggression against Ukraine. Officials should prepare proposals for the creation of a special international tribunal.

Shmyhal discussed the tribunal for Russia with Trudeau

Zelensky has repeatedly noted the importance of creating an international tribunal to punish Russia for crimes against Ukraine. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal recently discussed this topic with his Canadian counterpart Justin Trudeau. The politicians agreed that Russia should compensate for all the losses that it caused to Ukraine.

Trudeau stressed that the Russian leadership should be brought to the tribunal. After all, everyone who is to blame must be held accountable.
