Zelensky introduced new sanctions: Bashar al-Assad is on the list
On March 18, an order on new sanctions appeared on the President's website. Personal restrictions were introduced against 300 individuals and 141 legal entities.
Among the sanctions list, in particular Syrian President Bashar Hafez al-Assad and other Syrian officials. It is known that sanctions include blocking assets, restricting trade operations, and stopping the fulfillment of economic and financial obligations.
